Marketing Director

Marketing Director Job Duties:

Marketing human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
 
Achieves marketing operational objectives by contributing marketing information and recommendations to strategic plans for lead generation; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change.
 
Meets marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
 
Accomplishes marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs.
 
Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
 
Maintaining outside event standards, setup, and staffing.  Prospect new, evaluate success of prior events.
 
Maintain Budgeted leads through strategic marketing plan.
 
Maintain Direct Mail, Digital, and social marketing campaigns.
 
Reports directly to the Corporate Manager and indirectly to the President.

Sales

AHT Wisconsin Windows has an opening on our sales team. We are a 50 year old home improvement company specializing in the residential installation of replacement windows and doors. We offer above average earning potential and a successful sales process that is proven over 50 years of business.

Job responsibilities:

Meet with prospective clients within 100 mile radius of our Appleton location, to discuss and formulate a renovation plan. We educate our consumers on our products and other options in the home. Once a plan is agreed upon, communication between sales and production is needed to bring the plan to life. Follow up after the sale is just as important as the presentation. It generates word of mouth advertising and referrals.

Experience is a plus, but will train the proper candidate.

Qualified candidates must be well spoken and have the ability to think on their feet.

Call Center and Event Staff Representative

AHT Wisconsin Windows is looking for energetic, enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Marketing Team. As a member of our Marketing Team you will speak to homeowners via the phone and in-person sharing with them why AHT Wisconsin Windows is a leader in the replacement window and door industry and setting appointments for our In-Home Sales Consultants.

If you enjoy working in an office setting and want the opportunity to advance your skills by working at outside events this is the job for you! 

Our call center is located at our corporate office in Clintonville, WI. When working in the call center, the hours alternate each week. 

Monday – Friday from 1:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Monday - Friday from 2:00 PM - 8:30 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

When working at outside events the hours vary and are usually on the weekend. Travel to each marketing event is required.  We attend a variety of marketing events located within the Fox Cities, Madison and surrounding areas.

We value our employees and pay you to drive to and from the marketing events and reimburse you for the cost of your fuel!

Marketing Event Manager

AHT Wisconsin Windows is looking for an energetic and creative-minded Event Manager to drive lead generation efforts at trade shows, events and canvassing programs

Since our founding in 1967 we have expanded to three locations and are looking for an Event Manager who will lead the charge in increasing lead generation efforts to increase our market share.

Job Responsibilities: Recruiting, hiring, training and retaining team members who embody the values of AHT Wisconsin Windows to staff the Marketing Event Team

Event marketing oversite and management including: sourcing new events, evaluating ROI of prior events, staffing, and scheduling of marketing event team members, event set up, training new team members

Ongoing coaching and development of all direct and indirect reports

Communication of job expectations including planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions and using this to plan and review compensation actions, policies and procedures

Meet and exceed staffing, lead generation, and event forecast targets

Active engagement across a variety of AHT Wisconsin Windows social media platforms.

This includes creating content and posting photos and videos before, during and after events
