AHT Wisconsin Windows is looking for a Call Center Supervisor to join our Marketing Team.
You will be responsible to coach and develop a team of up to 10 Call Center Marketers whose focus is to speak to homeowners via the phone setting appointments for our In-Home Sales Consultants.
This is an in-person (not virtual) position at our Appleton, WI location.
The hours are Monday – Friday from 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM and alternating Saturday’s from 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM.

Marketing Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of telemarketers, providing guidance, coaching, and training to maximize their performance and lead generation.
- Monitor and evaluate telemarketing calls to ensure quality standards are met and provide feedback to improve performance.
- Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment that encourages team collaboration and individual growth.
- Conduct regular one on one and team meetings to review progress, share best practices, and provide training.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align telemarketing efforts with overall business objectives and strategies.
- Track and report on telemarketing performance and present findings to management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies during telemarketing activities.
- Grow the telemarketing team by recruiting, interviewing and retaining team members.
Marketing Supervisor Required Skills:
- Proven work experience in a Call Center and Supervisory or similar role.

We are looking for Window and Door Installation Team Members to join our team. As a member of our Installation Team you will receive full training enabling you to professionally install windows and doors for customers of AHT Wisconsin Windows.

About the job | Job Responsibilities
- Growing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified prospects using a variety of marketing strategies including, but not limited to: creating campaigns with a strong call to action, converting site traffic and landing pages, creating engaging lead generation content, outbound calling of warm and cold leads, email campaigns, direct mail, event marketing, television and radio.
- Optimize our lead nurturing processes through email, direct mail, content, outbound calls and social channels.
- Build and manage paid marketing campaigns across major platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Etc.)
- Recruiting, hiring, training and retaining team members who embody the values of AHT Wisconsin Windows to staff the Marketing Call Center and Marketing Event Team.
- Event marketing oversite and management including: sourcing new events, evaluating ROI of prior events, staffing and scheduling of Marketing Event Staff team members, event set up, training new team members.
