We also installed 2 2 lite sliders and one double hung window. This homeowner is replacing windows in parts as they do other remodeling in the home. I am sure that new patio door will be the most used opening in their home in the future once the deck is completed.

This opening had to be taken down to rough openings, new soffit, and new inside extension jambs and trim was provided. It took a little extra time, but I believe it was well worth it.
