Header work as well as removal of wall was required for this installation. We did find some damage to the opening during install that we replaced at no additional cost. We also installed 2 2 lite sliders and one double hung window. This homeowner is replacing windows in parts as they do other remodeling in the home. I am sure that new patio door will be the most used opening in their home in the future once the deck is completed.
