Upon removing the old wraps and windows we found several places where the wood framing had rotted so we replaced those spots and installed the windows completing it with new wraps making it water tight. The Heller’s can be confident the extra work to do the installation right will deliver a beautiful space to unwind all year long now.

This opening had to be taken down to rough openings, new soffit, and new inside extension jambs and trim was provided. It took a little extra time, but I believe it was well worth it.
