We are looking for Event Marketing Staff to join our Appleton, WI and Clintonville, WI offices.

What You’ll Do

• Represent AHT Wisconsin Windows at community events with a friendly, professional attitude
• Engage with event attendees — start conversations, share our story, and generate leads
• Schedule appointments for our In-Home Sales Consultants
• Help with event setup and teardown (we’ll train you)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming booth area
• Travel to and from events using a company vehicle

• Experienced Installer: Minimum 2 years of window installation experience (door experience is a plus).
• Crew Leader: Supervisory or lead experience running an installation crew is preferred, but not required.

What We Need From You

• No experience, no problem: Prior window installation is preferred, but not required. Our proven training program and ongoing support will teach you everything you need to know to be a confident and successful member of our Installation Team.
