When we install our window, we are sure to access the frame to remove the window weights and pulley system and insulate the cavity created with this system before installing the new windows. For us, it’s common practice however to some they may not even realize it. Not only did the installation go smooth the exterior turned out great and provided a no maintenance wrap on the outside.
